With over 15 years experience in the home building industry, Mike Peart, President, and his wife, Bree Peart appreciate and understand what goes into producing a quality built custom home.  We believe communication is crucial to building a successful relationship with the homeowner, as well, as a beautiful home.

Peart Signature Homes assures that you are well educated and informed from budgeting, lot clearing, custom plan design and selection, home placement on your lot, framing, personalized interior/exterior selections, and review to the final walk through and closing. Our focus on quality is very important to us, which is why the use of an outside engineering firm for foundation is utilized.

One of the major differences between Peart Signatures Homes and most other builders, is the disclosure of your budget.  Peart Signature Homes understands the importance of your dollar.  You will receive a complete, itemized budget showing you exactly where your money is being spent.  You will be able to pick and choose where you want to spend your money on your selections.  If we give you an allowance and you do not use it all, this is credited back to you to use in another area or to keep. After all, this is your money, not ours.
